Charlotte Saradetch is the Principal of Allegiant Lawyers.   Admitted as a solicitor in 2018, Charlotte is a graduate of the Legal Profession Admission Board. She holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) from specialising in Wills and Estates from the College of Law NSW and a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Psychology and Sociology.

Charlotte is a registered Trusts and Estates Practitioner for STEP.org. an international body of estates practitioners recognised for their expertise in the areas of Succession, Trusts and Estates law.

In addition, Charlotte is a current committee member of the NSW Law Society’s  Elder Law, Capacity and Succession Committee in 2026. She served on the ELCS Committee in 2025 and 2024.

Charlotte has a keen interest in all areas of wills and estate planning, family law, property and business. She has practised extensively in the area of contested probate litigation, family provision claims and regularly assists clients in all areas of wills and probate. She has acted for plaintiffs and defendants in contested probate and family provision claims in the Supreme Court of NSW.  

Previously, Charlotte worked as a journalist and was a Registrar for the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore. Charlotte has also worked for the Pro Bono Society of the Law Society of New South Wales.
